BLATTWERK PFERDELEDER PONY is the expression of our deep-running passion for leather. It is with great pride that we hand pick and purchase the raw hides, which are then finished entirely in Germany. BLATTWERK PFERDELEDER PONY is tanned using a process involving olive leaf extract that has been certified with the „Blauer Engel“ ecolabel. The grain’s natural properties shine through with flowery detail, making for a truly unique leather! As BLATTWERK PFERDELEDER PONY is so dear to our hearts we are only able to give it into loving homes of true leather enthusiasts!

Cleaning and care instruction

Horseleather BLATTWERK tannage is a high-quality vegetable tanned aniline leather. Aniline leather is soft, warm and open pored full grain leather. Due to the open pores aniline leather is slightly sensitive.

For everyday cleaning, it is sufficient to occasionally dust off the leather with a feather duster or a dry dust cloth.
Stains can be additionally cleaned with a damp terry cloth. Not too wet! Dry the darkened area with a hair dryer to avoid remaining water marks. Always practice a cleaning test in a hidden area! Be especially careful with lighter leather.
For difficult stains, it is always better to contact a specialist first. Damage can easily occur due to improper cleaning attempts.

For maintenance, we recommend Aniline Protector. The Aniline Protector provides the necessary moisturizing to keep the leather soft and prevents fading.
In case of risk of stains caused by liquids, Water Repellent Spray is recommended.
